Also...despite accolades from all my moot court judges, it seems I don't actually speak all that clearly.  At Taco Cabana yesterday, I asked for a side of onions.  I got...an entire lemon.

Bad news for anyone that uses the scale at St. Mary's University gym.  It's about 30 pounds off.  It told me this morning that I weighed 110 pounds.  Hahahaha.  I haven't weighed 110 since middle school, even though (and this has always completely befuddled me) my mom, who is the same height I am, weighed even less that that when she got married at 19.  Sorry you ended up with a little gordita (I discovered over Spring Break that not only is that a yummy dish at Taco Bell, but is spanish slang for "little chubby girl"!) for a daughter, mom.  The sad part is that I see people weighing themselves on that scale all the time. As a future lawyer with litigious instincts, I feel like I should tell them to post a sign or get a new scale.  I mean, that is some serious intentional infliction of emotional distress! :)

So the update hasn't been as forthcoming as I'd hoped.  I haven't even managed to get batteries so I can upload Spring Break pictures off my camera.  My last mid-term was today (Property--if I never have to think about real covenants, equitable servitudes, or easements ever again...) and I have, oh, about 0 seconds before I have to start working on my arguments for Moot Court.  I'd put a cross-eyed emoticon here if I could find one. 

Sorry for the lack of updates--I was out of town all last week in Taos, NM for Spring Break.  Luckily I returned with all limbs intact although the trip involved skiing and construction work.  I'll post soon with all the details and pics.

It chirps too, like a little bird.  And locks itself in bathrooms.  Do not pass up the opportunity to see this thing in action.

Go to myheritage.com. You have to register, which is free.  Then upload a photo of yourself and it scans your face and tells you which celebrities you most resemble.  My top ones were Holly Marie Combs, Jennifer Love Hewitt (I've actually been told I look like her) and Kate Beckinsale (yay! even though I think they're wrong!).  My hottie boyfriend apparently looks like Adam Brodie and Cary Grant (yes, I realize those 2 people look nothing alike.)  It's fun, and sometimes you get a celebrity it never occured to you to think about--but then you actually see similar facial structures.  You can also compare your picture to a database of non-celebrities to look for similarites (this is actually a genealogy website) but the celebrities are much more fun
